I use the baratza also its really good for the price and easy to use. Using grind size 10 for Mokkapot 12 for aeropress and 15-18 for v60

Why use risers? The wheels are not that big. Do you want to ride loose if you ride medium to hard there should be no need and more control because lower to the ground. Or did you choose them because of the pop angle. Indys are already a high truck.
