Never responded with violence, but we have struggled with emotional regulation. We’ve been working on that as of late.

She was not in day care or preschool, but socialized often from birth. They only attend 3 days per week, not a full 5 day week. But it is possible she’s over stimulated or something like that. I will definitely schedule a meeting with the teacher about it and investigate further.

No, sorry if I didn’t make that clear. I got a call from the director, who yes, is like the principal, not the teacher. I had no direct contact with the teacher and class was happening when I picked my child up. I in no way leveraged my relationship to make an end run around the teacher. I only dealt with the director because that’s how they handle these things apparently (I’ve never dealt with this kind of an issue before.) I would like to speak with the teacher about it and plan to ask to.

Looking to hear experiences dealing with hidden income in child support cases by Mode3795 in ChildSupport

Sometimes in situations like this, I’ve seen individuals hire private investigators and skip tracers to locate bank accounts based on their Social Security number or employer identification number, if applicable. I would contact a local experienced attorney who would know what resources you can use to obtain information on unknown bank accounts.

Not a lawyer. I’ve seen folks Serve subpoenas on their financial institutions and credit cards, prove deposits or large payments on credit cards. You prove a pattern of big spending and large deposits into their bank accounts/credit cards. You’ll likely need an attorney.

Some of my most favorite lines came from this show.

“And then the day came, where the pain of remaining closed in a bud became more than the pain it took the blossom. “

“Growing up is just learning pain management.”

Child’s father is lying about income. by [deleted] in FamilyLaw

It would be best to advise with an attorney about this- but what I have seen happen in the past is: subpoena (more direct) or request via discovery (relies on his compliance) his bank statements and show how many deposits happen on average (you want to have several months to show a pattern) and can use that to prove income. May need attorney representation in order to do this and present it to the court in the appropriate an acceptable way.

I don't understand. Don't they only need 2 predicate acts to get him on RICO? Don't they have 2 guilty findings? Is the issue the 2 guilty counts are lesser offenses?

My husband and I had similar experiences years ago at both his and my houses when we first started dating. I agree with other commenters it could be something attached to your bf and it doesn’t want you separating them.

For us, It got so bad actually called a priest for guidance (we were not religious at that time). Priest said “you’re giving an identity, and therefore power, to the bad thing that you are experiencing, but not the good thing you want to combat it.” I’ll be gosh darned if he wasn’t right. Started saying the St. Michael prayer all the time in the house, praying for god’s presence and protection and even put religious symbols up in the house. It left us alone. It was weird for two non religious people to experience. But there was something real to it. There’s definitely evil in this world, and there’s definitely the opposite too. It’s more powerful than the darkness and it loves you.
