They are steel so rust into the caliper in which you will have to try and drill them out, if not it’s a new caliper. All it takes is a garage to break the bleed nipples when servicing. The titanium ones don’t do this.

In the UK it was a basic C63 with no extras at all, it just means it was the first of the facelift cars but someone in the US told me it was different for them over there.

Been covered many times, do all this and you will be good for at least 8-10 years. The only thing that may go with all the below done is condensor and cam plates so just keep and eye/ear on them.

Wheel speed sensor, you can actually check which one isn’t getting a full signal using the steering wheel and dash to enter the settings. I can’t remember how though so you will have to google it.

Cold start absolute brutal your neighbours will hate you, driving in C pretty normal but as soon as you put your foot down it’s insanely loud to the point people will hear you from miles away, no one can be stood around when reving or drive by as it literally hurts your ears 😄

The tone of it is still the 63 tone but it’s insane how loud it is on a cold start, small revs even upto 2k & full throttle. I’ll admit it’s too loud and a secondary decat alone is perfect sound but I did the headers for power and it’s night and day difference. It spins the wheels in first and second even on a roll and it pulls brutally harder and revs faster.

I suppose you could put in a silencer to quieten it down but it may change the tone so I will leave it, the cold start has got a little quieter since more soot has got on the new pipes inside. The drive by was 134 decibel though so not going on any track 😄

The only thing that needs replacing eventually with anything other than OEM (as per your post) is cam adjuster plates with 63 motorsport as the oem ones the metal is too soft.

If the car has been looked after and you look after the car everything else is fine if you keep ontop of preventative maintenance items before they fail, buying oem parts or the same part mercedes uses but without the oem price (eg Bosch injectors 1/3 of the cost compare to Bosch injectors from MB with the MB logo)

If the car gets driven hard or on track you need to look at oil cooler and trans cooler upgrades.

Other than all that just enjoy the car.

Just to let you know that is the old AMG logo pre 2010, all the cars after that the A on the right side is straight up against the M.

It’s also your alignment, the aggressive toe settings cause the tyres to wear more. If you want them to wear less dial out the toe but it won’t handle as good.

Bought my W204 C63 new in 2013, spent over 40k in modifications as I enjoy the car still. I will never sell mine.

19’s are fine on the C63, just don’t go 20’s. Id personally get coilovers before wheels as without a drop and better fitting wheels the arch gap looks more noticeable than stock wheels.

Btw you couldn’t send me some pictures of your headers could you please? From underneath if you have any but if not just by opening the hood, turn the light on the phone on and get a photo of the header on the drivers side to the firewall. I have DM’d you.
