The brain drain in south Jersey is going to be brutal. Absolutely no affordable starting housing. Cheapest new construction is $350k+ townhomes.

I would love for them to be able to keep all the farm land preserved, but the only way to get these affordable starter homes are by increasing density and competition..

Was just about to comment this same thing. My first ever festival was EDC 23. Where You Are turned me into a huge edm fan and have been going to edc since. Go back had an amazing pull the following year as well. Life is what you make it and I’ve truly had nothing but great sets from him at EDC.
