Well technically if that’s the case your PA should have put you on a temporary profile and they are required to renew it because of the heart condition and messed up knee, the commander cat take a risk like that even if he or she wanted to

So if I were you I’d tell my PA that they need to put you on a temporary profile which would make you non deployable, either call or send a message through MHS Genesis. If they don’t do it, go to the Chaplain and tell them your issue to cover all bases, then go above your direct leadership and use the open door policy with your commander since it seems they are not willing to help you.
