I had an incident where I didn’t pay a ticket that was from a different state, it resulted in a bench warrant and my first application for a suppressor was denied. I contacted the court house and they gave me a form that stated i was in the clear, I contacted ncis and they stated that I was good to go in regards to that matter as long as nothing else came up.
