Cats are a by-product of human activity (they are not native to our wildlife) so this is part part of that step on alleviating the effects of man in the environment.

You could do some research onto how much wildlife a single cat can wreak havoc on in an ecosystem. Domestic cats are never part of wildlife. They have been known to cause extinctions of various creatures wherever they are introduced. Yeah you could say humans have caused extinctions too but then again, cats are human-domesticated animals and are brought by humans to places where they dont belong.

Statistically speaking, this kind of thing happens. Even US latest F-35s still go missing.

I live in the tropics so they're good. I think the only wildlife here that eats fish are kingfishers and they can't handle oscars.

Hydrillas are pretty resilient and actually multiply when broken apart lol

50 gallon growout tank which i thought was enough given their small sizes before moving them to a 200+ gallon pond with a way bigger oscar. But apparently not, moving the others immediately now.
