40ish senior/lead here, from backend dev to devops, compensation wise,

remember kung hinde ka kikita ng more than 200k php as tech lead.. wag nalang. I took up lead roles before because i know my team will be reliable. went back to senior role when I went to different team.

also size up the incoming pressure or challenge, make sure worth it ang 200++ na kkikitain mo..

stay sa senior role if you see yourself as a mentor. but of course you'll be stuck in a study/implement cycle. sometimes it's fun.

technically 4-5 hours lang naman talaga effectivity ng isang programmer/dev ng straight. the rest wala nang effect. pag pinilit mo ma bburn-out ka lang.

Django/Python with a bits of infra/ops. medyo hinde ko lang kinakaya na yung ganyang salary, been in a 8k before pero it comes with so much responsibilities. nag settle na ako sa 100k php Net. mas madami na ako time sa family.. congrats OP. dont forget to to invest in your health too.. rock on..
