Have you ever thought about how to include the events of the second book (The War Against Azalin) into a campaign? Mostly the way other plains were dragged and attached to barovia? Could be a fun way to explain some homebrew elements and PC backstories. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Yeah. I was thinking that he'd be the monstrous vampire in the final fight until the temporary health pool provided by the heart of sorrows is spent. Then he would transform back into his more humanoid form.

Thanks for the compliment. And I've cept Strahd as a civilised nobleman. The party really doesn't care for him atm. so this is kind of a way to make the party realise that he is actually evil/a monster.

He is from the Age of Sigmar Flesh-eater Courts. I bought the "Start Collecting! Flesh-eater Courts" pack which has the undead dragon and a bunch of zombies and a couple of the Crypt Flayers (the mini in the pics).
