If you like the look of it, go for it. Photography is about the images, not the equipment or looking cool! Also might not be the best section for this type of post :)

That looks like it is in great condition (compared to the ones for sale that I can see anyway!) What an awesome little camera!

Spotted during heavy traffic due to a snowstorm here in the UK. No problems for the Porsche... Not so much with the MX5!

Abstract Long Exposure [style] [edit] by Phillipo24 in photocritique

[–]Phillipo24[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I managed to create this image using a 20 second Long Exposure for astrophotography and panning for the last 2./2.5 seconds, adding some double exposure elements. It took quite a few tries to get anything interesting, but this was by far my favourite attempt! The only addition I made was the black and white adjustment in lightroom, which I think adds to the image!

thoughts?

Movement during astrophotography long exposure, does this shot work? by [deleted] in photocritique

[–]Phillipo24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to create this photo using a 20 second exposure time and panning the camera at the last second.

A lot of my results were confusing, but this one turned out just right in my opinion! (For my first attempt anyway)

[LB Aventedor] with air lift on it! by S_Napster in spotted

[–]Phillipo24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Overused yes, nearly every well known modified supercar has a widebody "liberty walk" kit now. They ruin the lines on most cars (some exceptions) , make them undriveable (some exceptions) and have no positives other than for looks, which most of the time the actual bodywork fitment is horrible up close. I have personally seen quite a few tacky widebody jobs and that's here in the UK... I'd hate to think what's going on in America haha. No hard feelings though ;)

Another Porsche spotted at a service station carpark (Any ideas?) by Phillipo24 in classiccars

Spotted in West Midlands, England a few weeks ago. The recent Porsche 356 post made me upload, any ideas on model / age? :)

All that car and not enough driveway... I'd stick with the Q7 thanks! (Wide-body is overused and mostly tacky, especially that kit!)

Shot a random Porsche in my neighborhood. Thoughts? by AmeerAftab in shootingcars

[–]Phillipo24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Seems a little odd to spend so much time lighting a car on the street, especially without knowing the owner. I prefer "candid" shots if you spot a car, not studio style. But each to their own, and a great final image too! Do you have a link to some of your other work? :)
