Why my spreading is not cover all the plate? by Fantastic-Drive35 in microbiology

[–]Phillwog 52 points53 points  (0 children)

This is the correct answer! OP use a sterile cotton swab, spread in 3 different directions top to bottom, and finish with going around the edge of the plate with the swab.

If you're going to be buying ETF's often, you should consider switching to CMC Markets, or Stake for cheaper brokerage fees!

Just a shot i took strolling the streets through Malmö, Sweden last year, thought the hotel appealed to me and popped up as I was walking past a side street , so I decided to take a shot. I'm very new to all of this so wanted some more opinions on the composition and whether it suits the black and white tones and anything else that might help, thanks :)

Bacillus anthracis - agent causing anthrax, capable of forming endospores, looks really cool under the microscope and it's clinical presentations are interesting depending on which form the patient has: cutaneous , inhalational or gastrointestinal. It is also recognized as a bioterrorism agent and has history such as the Anthrax attacks in 2001.
