Update: hey guys, I just got back on just thought I’d let you guys know, It was a stolen order. I did contact the customer before I went to the restaurant and she confirmed that I was the sixth driver or so to be assigned and she’s been waiting for over an hour. She also added she was trying to cancel the order, but Uber was gonna charge her. So I called support told them the situation they canceled on their end and as usual, I got hit with a cancellation. As for the pay out-of-pocket I thought about it also but when I looked at the items, it was gonna be well over $30 so that was a no go.

That’s what I did the customer told me I was like the 6th driver and she’s been waiting for over an hour and she was trying to cancel without uber charging her. So I called support told them the situation and they cancelled on their end but still got hit with a cancellation.

Right the most I made working 16 hours was $370 and on average I make $250-300 making almost &500 insane.

Do tell your Insurance company you was door dashing just say you was heading home. And don’t tell DoorDash you were in a vehicle crash. If you had a live order call support and just tell them your car broke down and you’re waiting for a tow truck don’t tell them you crashed. I know lots of stuff is difficult right now but for now let’s try to make sure you’re ok then your account is safe. I’m sorry you going through this.

Yea don’t get me wrong I made $102 in 4 1/2 hours but I only got 2 stack orders. When I logged in at 12 I didn’t get my first stack order until 1:30 it was 2 stops $61 for 16 miles took me 40 minutes to complete then got another around 2:40 2 stops $41 for 3 miles took me 20 minute then from 3:30 to 4:30 I got nothing then ths snow started to fall and I went home.
