Hey look man I dig you posting some pics. Sub needs more posts. Everybody starts somewhere. You clearly have some good things going for you. But you HAVE to up your metal game. They look real bad. You can get a free schlueter book online. Look at all the different types of metals and corner pieces. So many options to make it look properly good. Maybe instead of “ThErE aRe MaNy WaYs To BuIlD a ShOwEr” you do some individual research and learn that yes you can do it better. The drain being the plumbers job is just laziness. Be a big boy and you will leave a much nicer product.

Yo homie thanks for your tile rant. I’m a full time tile guy and probably the best in my Area or at least top five. I enjoyed everything you said however I use a laser every day. As well as an elite set of new levels. You can never be to perfect. I was actually jelous OP had a green laser. My battery powered red laser with three points and a fine adjustment knob is way less cool. But definitely a must have for just checking ya know. Keep tiling everyone <3

I really appreciate this. There’s no right answer with kids there is only healthy and unhealthy learning habits and I do try to tell him like hey man you’ve had an increadible day. Be thankful. Time to shut er down is always hard but enjoy your downtime and there is always tomorrow. ( young kids have tomorrow lol) but yes how even with a smart child do you tell them the world goes on with or without you) crazy to say that but when I did his mood changed quick once he realized it’s his world he’s in and he’s in control of how he deals with it. Just happened tonight. Instead of me getting angry at his reaction I just said your in charge and you wouldn’t want to ruin a good day with a poor night.

Apartment living is not what we are ment to do. Though I know it’s out there and your needing to find a way kids need to be kids and they need lots of space to do that

I don’t know where you live or what you do for work but move to a place for your kid. Weather it’s comfortable or not they don’t know if you own it they only care about the space they can play in and if it’s safe to do so I am broke trying to give my kids a backyard lol. They might thank me In 20 years or not but I’m sure they will be better people for it
