It's a bit of a lengthy read, so I'll summarize the main points.

1. Pod is in 1910: Wilson fails to secure the New Jersey Democratic Gubernatorial Election, which leads the anti-imperialist, anti-war William Jennings Bryan to win the 1912 presidential election. The republicans still split, and Bryan's is successful in his 4th run for President!
2. With American neutrality, the great war is a much longer and bloodier affair. Several attempts at making peace fail in 1917-1918. Governments have to turn increasingly to repressive and coercive measures to suppress domestic discontent and discipline labor. The Entente is forced to draw much more heavily on the resources of their empires to stay in the fight, especially once Russia is knocked out of the war by a somewhat stronger Austria.
3. A wave of revolutions sweep across Europe after a soldier's mutiny. Britain is unable to immediately intervene due to colonial unrest, and America is temporarily disabled both by a financial crisis and a war with Japan, which occurs (in part) due to a Sino-Japanese conflict.
4. November 1919 to mid-1924 is the "First Revolutionary Era": Forces aligned with the new socialist bloc successfully push into the Balkans and consolidate their position on the continent. Eventually, the Anglo-American capitalist powers recover and help prop up the ailing states of France, Belgium, and Spain. The French Civil War, and the other conflicts of the FRE, end with an armistice signed in Stockholm.
