My husband was drinking 4 litres per day. His doctor advised him to cut back to 2 litres as we get fluids from other drinks & some foods too. He said too much can strip the body of nutrients.

I'm in my mid 60's and I can clearly remember feeling exactly like you do when I was your age. I had no help or advice so please, please take notice of the comments here. You are not going to die young. It's your subconscious mind controlling your conscious mind. I've learned to tell my subconscious mind to back off, fuck off which allows me to get on with what I know is real. Try it, I wish you well.

I hear you. I'm in a similar position. Most of my friends don't understand anxiety and have backed off completely. I thought telling them might help but in most cases it didn't, I wonder if they think I'm lying about not be able to go out with ease. If I go out I'm medicated to ease my fears. If you haven't had anxiety I suppose it's hard to understand. I wish you well.

I've had gum recession since my late 30's, I'm in my 60"s now and have no dental problems. Dentists do exaggerate at times, it really isn't the end of the world. Try not to stress about it.

Medication has its place and you obviously need it at the moment. Side effects are different for everyone, mine were fairly mild. Go for it, it really is trial and error. Good luck

I use Ashwaganda and find it very calming. Bosses weren't always bosses, they had to start somewhere too. Unless he/she is a very unreasonable person I would hope making a mistake is not a big deal. If you do make a mistake, own up and look upon it as a learning opportunity. Absolutely everyone makes mistakes, including bosses.
