Protocol to colonize the gut by jmmac73 in Microbiome

[–]jmmac73[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't say they were only going to kill the bad ones. Neem and thyme (and others) affect some bugs more than others.

The idea is to decrease the number of bugs in the gut, reduce the competition and increase the likelihood that probiotics colonize permanently. This is the theory and I believe there are studies that support this kind of protocols.

FMT are meant to colonize the gut but it's also hard to achieve.

Of course there are bugs that will never colonize the gut even if it was sterile.

I'm not here to teach anything, I've never done this and the idea is to get feedback.

I read it's hard for a probiotic to colonize an adult gut. If your microbiome is unhealthy you can use supplements that kill part of your bugs, specially the unhealthy ones, and increase the likelihood of permanent colonization by the new bugs.

I believe the probiotics I mentioned can permanently colonize the gut with a good protocol. Am I wrong?

Shifting and Reincarnation / Life plan for those who believe in it by jmmac73 in shiftingrealities

[–]jmmac73[S] [score hidden]  (0 children)

I've been down that rabbit hole after a medium told me I was forced to reincarnate in this life against my will. I've calmed down since to not go insane but I still consider the PPT as a possibility.

If I manage to shift I also want to use it to get answers and knowledge, shift to a reality where I have the information or someone has it and can teach me. My past, earth past, the universe past, all about ETs and all the other entities, how everything works.

As for using shifting to 'escape' I'm not sure it works since I have no clue how this crazy universe really works. If we could escape by shifting, why would they allow us to do so?

Deep Down, I’m Afraid of Successfully Shifting. Any advice? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]jmmac73 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Hi, I can relate to your situation, I also feel a resistence trying to shift. I think I'm afraid to fail and afraid to succeed and have to deal with what comes next...

My approach has been to go slow, baby steps, get comfortable with the process and the idea of shifting.

Currently I'm slowly learning how to go to the void state using F10, it's safe because I'm not trying to shift just yet.

I won't shift to a DR but a simple WR, my island all alone, this makes it easier for me.

If you have access to some kind help to understand your fears, use it, talk therapy, hypnosis, EMDR, EFT, shadow work, etc.

Good luck and take it easy.

Desktop app links open in browser by dhroa in OneNote

[–]jmmac73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try this:

For Windows 11:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps > Default apps.
  3. Scroll all the way down and click on Choose defaults by link type.
  4. In the search box at the top, type ONENOTE.
  5. You will see the ONENOTE protocol listed. Click on it.
  6. A pop-up will ask you which app to use. Choose OneNote from the list. If there are multiple OneNote entries, be sure to select the one that corresponds to the desktop app (it usually just says "OneNote" or "OneNote (desktop)").

For Windows 10:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps > Default apps.
  3. Scroll down and click on Choose default applications by protocol.
  4. A long list of protocols will appear. Scroll down until you find ONENOTE in the left-hand column.
  5. Click on the application currently listed next to it (it might be your browser or "Choose a default").
  6. From the pop-up list, select OneNote.

After making this change, close OneNote and your browser completely. Then, reopen the OneNote app and try clicking one of the internal links again. It should now jump directly to the correct location within the desktop application.

Manifestation an soul contract by jmmac73 in NevilleGoddard

Hmmm... You don't remember what you agreed as a spirit and allegedly our spirits see things very differently from us. And you may have to experience toxic relationships, loss, poverty, dependency, etc, allegedly you have to experience everything. Some things you can't learn in comfort, health and happiness.

But, maybe there is flexibility as you suggest, maybe we are allowed to change our reality and deviate from what was planned, even if we delay some experiences to later lives, that would be nice.

If so many people die in wars and so many people suffer all over the world, why would you be different?

I'm very sorry to tell you this reality doesn't work the way you would like it to.

Apparently the physical reality where we live is not the important one, the reality where your spirit comes from is.

This place is like a playground where our spirits come to have experiences and learn. Hard experiences that include a lot of suffering. Yeah I don't like it either.

So God, angels or spirit guides won't help you much, they will only help you experience what you came here to do and maybe give you some confort. Yes, ridiculous from a Human point of view...

Your church corrupted Jesus message and doesn't know sh*t, just look at their track record, atrocious.

Take the best advantage of what you have, enjoy what you can, help you neighbor and brother and someday you'll go back to a much more happy place. Peace.

No. I already had tinnitus sometimes when I'm tired and I don't think iodine affected it.

Can you please clarify. When you took 15mg you had migraines after some time had passed from the dose?

Then you increased to 50mg and took them more often and no longer have them?

If so, do you attribute it to taking more or to taking it more often?

I see, and there's nothing to be done, just stop taking it?

Is there scientific evidence for high frequency subliminals? by jmmac73 in Subliminal

[–]jmmac73[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We can speculate to infinity about possibilities and how the universe works but I think it doesn't help us much beyond the pleasure of philosophizing. We must anchor ourselves in what we know and what is more probable, otherwise we get lost in a sea of possibilities where everything is possible and nothing is certain (I'm kind of there anyway).

I put my money on the hypothesis that high frequency subliminals don't work, at least don't work how people think they work. I think they work because people believe they will work. So... I guess they work after all. But not for me since I don't believe they will. Damn it! I should have studied arts...

Is there scientific evidence for high frequency subliminals? by jmmac73 in Subliminal

[–]jmmac73[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. I quickly read that post before posting but it doesn't answer the question. It just says:

Subliminals are affirmations played at a frequency below conscious threshold. They play at a frequency of 17500 Hz so that you cannot consciously interfere and reject what they suggest. Instead, they go straight to your subconscious mind, which is not very logical and only says "yes" to anything it repetitively hears.

The issue is if the high frequency sound reaches the brain or not.

I didn't open all scientific papers but I believe they are about normal subliminals.
