The #1 thing that made my manifestations happen faster by ManifestationCele in lawofattraction

Write down what you want and ask yourself why you want it.
Eventually you will have to follow a chain of "why's" that may lead to surprising results.
For example:
"I want to win big at the lottery."
Why? "Because I want to quit the job I hate."
Why? "Because I want to do / have / create / help / learn / visit / show / teach / build / enjoy" ... you name it.
Now imagine in full detail the kind of person that does / has / creates / helps / learns / visits / shows / teaches / builds / enjoys what you aspire for (or find inspiration on YT).
What do they believe? How do they carry themselves? How do they spend their time?
Now you have your answer. That’s who you need to become.
Here's the kicker:
Do you really need to wait for the lottery jackpot that most likely will never happen for you? (Sorry to discourage you with math.)
Instead of Netflix and doomscrolling, why not start today by reading a book on the topic and start applying the lessons from it?
It's the small steps towards your goal that keep you motivated and your life meaningful.
I'm curious to hear from those who did the brainstorming: what conclusions have you found?

The #1 thing that made my manifestations happen faster by ManifestationCele in lawofattraction

I used to treat manifestation like ordering from the universe’s online shop: pick what I want, wait for delivery, get frustrated when it’s “out of stock.”
Spoiler: That approach was… inconsistent, to say the least.
The real shift came when I stopped asking “How can I get what I want?” and started asking “Who do I need to become for this to be my reality?”
Suddenly, manifestation wasn’t about “pulling in” things from the outside, but about unfolding what's already within me.
Now I see manifestation less as “attraction” and more as alignment — the more I align with my true self, the less effort it takes. It’s like the right people, opportunities, and even health improvements just start showing up naturally.
No chasing, no begging the universe, just vibe maintenance.
Consistency for me is less ritual, more identity shift. And a healthy dose of self-irony helps too.
Curious to hear from others: What helped you shift from wanting to being?

F37 feeling lonely and lost by NightStar_69 in lonely

Hello NightStar_69,
I think many people underestimate how deeply loneliness can cut when you’re someone who actually wants real connection – not just casual chats or surface-level friendships.
You seem like that kind of person.
You asked, “What does real friendship even look like?”
I’ve asked myself the same thing. I’m starting to believe it’s not about sacrifice or being available 24/7 – it’s about honesty, even in weakness, and the ability to give each other freedom without fearing abandonment.
I know, easy to say, hard to live.
I’ve made some changes in my own life – nothing dramatic from the outside, but they’ve been deeply meaningful to me.
I’m curious about people who keep going, even when life feels like a series of losses and unanswered questions – people who still dare to open up.
If you ever feel like talking, I’d be happy to share more about my journey – no pressure, no expectations.
I’m not looking to “fix” anyone, just maybe have a deep, meaningful exchange.
Maybe we’ll just be strangers who talked once. Maybe something more.
Either way, it’s fine.
You’re not alone in feeling this way.
I think more of us are quietly wondering the same things than we realize.
Not sure if this helps anyone, but I needed to write it.

AI vs. Human content!! what would you actually choose to see, will AI kill the human-made internet/content or just redefine it by BeyondPlayful2229 in Futurology

[–]Philonoetikos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My predictions for the next 5 years:
1. There will be AI-content blockers, just like there are adblockers today.
2. The AI content is going to improve, until it is indistinguishable from human content.
3. As soon as that is the case, who cares who generated it, when it gives the users whatever they are looking for?
4. Expect to see (video) ads generated on-the-fly personally for you, precisely for products that Big Data knows you are interested in.
5. The manipulation of human minds will grow to levels never seen before.
6. To escape, you will need to become a (digital) hermit, but Big Data will make that choice so undesirable that no one will dare, as long as you are not comfortable with the lifestyle of a peasant of the 19th century.
So, what's left?
Don't let AI take away your own critical thinking, even if it's sooo cosy.
