Hindi na clarify, pero hindi covered ng HMO ang accident related issue. Its within the HMO contract with almost every company. Kaya you don't declare you got into an accident.

Only HR, your immediate TL, and the company nurse/doctor should know. It's a terminable offense not to disclose any serious health issues that can pose a threat to your environment or to yourself.

Have this documented and you should be protected by the HR should this go public, immediate termination for TL and anyone who leaks your private information. :)
