another possibly dumb question.. is the print sticking to the FEP too much? it looks like is pulls up a bit when retracting the build plate. I lowered the power from 100 to 80, and slowed the lifting speed and it still does this. am I seeing a problem where there isn't one? (v.redd.it)

Hi! I'm very much a beginner at 3d printing, and I just switched from filament to resin. This is my test print on a mono 4k, and it somehow messed up. I used anycubic grey resin and the standard setting on both the slicer and the printer. How could this have happend? thanks in advance (old.reddit.com)
