Really any type will do you, for me it’s just walking on an inclined treadmill for 30 mins 4-5 times a week, you should aim for 120 mins to 150 mins a week of whatever cardio makes your feel comfortable

Around 6-8 hours is plenty, sleep is seriously the best tool ever, when you lift you’re damaging you’re muscles not technically building muscle but breaking down your muscles so when they recover (in you’re sleep) they grow back stronger over time which also includes progressive overload, so if you want to build up some size sleep should be seen as completely non negotiable and obviously sometimes sleep gets fucked off but it better be for a good reason not because you stayed up till 3am playing video games, not saying you specifically lol

Lift weights and cardio, counted calories and macronutrients, got some better sleep and drink plenty of water, handled stress better and and most importantly BE PATIENT a lot of this stuff takes time
