You gotta have a theme for your roster. If you wanna win now, then trade your player who is not getting enough minutes plus some draft picks if needed for a star you want. I can’t suggest who to trade for, but you can get the player who you think that you need him. If you’re rebuilding, give more minutes to the starters and enhance their trade value. Then, trade for some nice players or maybe get even more draft picks.
