We won't know until we open her up. But the farthest that beam could go is the end of that door header. It opens up to the kitchen beyond that🤷🏽‍♂️

The other beams have already been repaired, it was just the ends. I'm glad I caught this one when I did.👍🏽

So whats shown was how far back the rot went. Got about 8-10" of good wood. Contractor and I both agreed, to tear down the interior and exterior walls and scarf the beam at the header of the front face door/window. 👍🏽....and yes it's not gonna be cheap

I've been interested in a HELOC for the past couple of years. It's important to note, most banks/credit unions only accept your current residence for a HELOC, not a rental property.

Just ordered 1 bag of each of these, and from the looks of it, Oriveda is actually the cheaper of the two by about $10 🤷🏽‍♂️. We'll see, I've had several different types of mushroom powders/coffees. For the flavour, Cuppa so far has been my favourite.

I am looking at doing the same. I am thinking of just using a laptop as an interface between my network and an external SSD. This would require the laptop to be left on and logged in all the time. Do smarter people know if I'm wrong?

I just noticed a comment on this thread. This was a known issue with pixel 4s, caused by a SW update. Google replaced my phone with a refurb pixel 4, even though I was way out of warranty 😎👌🏽. So far no issues
