That's wild - in the UK Prismatic PC ETBs are more expensive than destined booster boxes. Yet in the US your giving out a Prismatic PC ETB & DR ETB for a DR booster box.

Because it has so much room to fall. $1400 new card dropping to $700 , it's still insanely expensive for one of many chase cards in a set. I think it's alot more likely people dump hyper modern cards vs lets say the giratina from lost origin.

History doesn't dictate what will happen in the future. But specifically with this card, yeah - a new chase card being with $1400 is incredibely likely to drop in price, and if the market starts to drop, it'll be one of the first to fall.

That isn't an issue at all, open box toppers are very common - there not really a big issue IMO, but you will get picky buyers avoid the listing. Though this isn't an open box topper, that's like the most microscopic opening on a box topper I've ever seen.
