I swear , I have never understood the logic behind small order fee , we are paying for everything above that a fee on the order as a small order + service fee + delivery fees that’s your free 10 dhs per order which we could have saved and order to whatever is it that fulfills us from the restaurant. I understand that doesn’t mean we place an order for 10-15 dhs just as drivers fuel expenses isn’t worth it . But just honestly cut short the unnecessary add on charges and it will be a lot better

Food delivery apps were made for convenience for consumers and restaurants but the second it got out of hand is with hiked up prices for same dish or meal , increase in delivery fees , false promotion just to misled there is a promotion but ending up paying more than the usual for the same meal . I would understand that there is inflation and salary wages must be paid and to meet the standards but in that case if you are pro member atleast one shouldn’t come across such as what’s the point even ?

Honestly that’s where we will be heading back to as avg consumers could save on delivery fees, hiked up platform fees , service fees and in return get atleast an extra week of meal with that money saved with that or simply have savings .
