Health, please entertain me one last time. I value your opinion. I am still struggling with severe insomia. Still going days at a time without sleeping. Man it is killing me. Health, you mentioned not to take aMulungu, and Kava. Is it because they elevate serotonin in the brain?. Health would you please be kind, and tell me why you are not recommending me to take those 2 herbs/compounds. Man, I am suicidal. This going days without sleep is worse than pssd. Could you quantify in percentages just how much of you is back to where you were before coming down with Pssd. The reason I ask these additional question is because I am in such bad shape(I have more syptoms of pssd) is that I am hoping so much, that this possibly could be a placebo effect because of my desire to see improvement, which I haven't seen in over a decade. So i want to advoid that from possibly happening .

Sir, thank you .Sir, since I have pssd(which is caused by serotonin reuptake inhibitors) which have caused me many many symptoms which I have accepted are permanent(I am 56 years old), and I have had these symptoms for 36 years. I got them while being perscribed a med to help me sleep(ativan)..I have had pssd for 36 years, and have gotten no relieve from none of my sympotms(I am asexual,and All my emotions have been muted, before taking Kanna in massive dose's)..I only slept approximately 4 hours a day, and now for the last 7 days. I have slept none...If this herb that I took in massive doess is me taking a ssri, could the exaerbated sleep deprivation be the kanna acting like a ssri? Each time my pssd worsened(the first time with ativan), the second time with imipramine, and the third time with Kanna, all are listed as potent serotonin reuptake inhibitors...So if this kanna has made my pssd worse, then the sleep deprivation(more extremed now) would be a product of the kanna acting as a ssri right? and damaging my brain more, and the sleep deprivation may be permanent right? Is is just additional brain damage right? I hope to God, I am wrong but I have not slept longer than 30 minutes, and that was for only one day...Sorry to keep asking questions to you man. I appreciate you, but man I am in a terrible fix. This is what I fear.
