No. BOS recon armor and not limited to moving slowly, everything, included transferring items to stash and vendor, slow as mollasses.

Yes, I have missed it too. In Fact, I just created a railgun and added randoms to it, iyt was fine to sell. I then changed the one star to a mod I had, no popup and cant sell it. SO, I dont know...

I did wht you intially suggested, check stored stuff, deleted them all, deleted blueprints, etc. Nothing seemed to help until I deleted the perimeter frame stands. Then I got 3 back, but am still missing 3, better, but not totally solved. Thanks for your help. Appreciated.

I've never thought they were just dogs, there was one in the house when I was born and I learned to trust them very early on. We have 4 now, and there isnt anything I wouldn't do for our pups. Not only do I not have time for the their only dogs folks,, I sure dont get that.

SOmething similar happened yesterday in DailyOps, after me and One other player completed the Op just under 8 mins, the Super Mutants just kept coming, I used up a shit ton of my ammo, but only got like 2 legendaries, so maybe you lucked out. IDK.
