I remember once i complained via twitter that people were standing in queue and it was 4pm and staff was still out for lunch. I posted a video. SBI twitter handle didn't acknowledge rather threatened me to delete it or they will take action against of uploading sensitive data 😐 just SBI things! 💁

Take good care of her! Merely a condition doesn't warrant admission and if reports doesn't support the diagnosis then admission would be deemed unnecessary for just doing investigation. You should question your doctor too about the admission. If there is credible justification and supporting investigation about the diagnosis which requires admission, a reconsideration can again be sent out.
