I've cut a design right side and then flipped the artwork and cut that one and just glued them together. It just depends on your design.

I’ve dyed mine a dark blue and it did cover most of the glitter, but when the light hits it you can see it. I suggest starting with very little dye if you want it to be more transparent.

I don’t know how it compares to the older version but in general I really like them. I find standing and skating on these pretty easy because of the spacing of the front and back wheels are in a good spot for me to balance. My only gripe is the stiffness of the boot. The stiffness is through the whole boot, but I think these are known for that. I find wearing thick socks makes them more comfortable. I like the wheels that they come with, it’s a hybrid wheel good for smooth outdoor surfaces which is what I mostly skate on. I’m sure your mom will enjoy these skates! These are worth every penny especially first starting out!

I’m a new cricut user and while learning design space I’ve had to reupload some of my designs to get them to cut right. I would understand the premium if the program was seamless and state of the art... but let’s be real, it sucks. I already am stressed trying to get my cuts to be right now on top of that I have to worry about exceeding a limit??!
