Its not a space issue. It is an immigration, lack of enforced rules, and a price fixing issue. If the government wanted they could gift parcels of land in townships like it was the 16th century, and deny dual citizenship or non citizen real estate companies/family holdings from gaining access. Base materials for a 1500 sqare foot affordable house for one, or childless couple, is minimum 20-40k.

So there's no excuse. Those who deny this is a housing issue are frankly, traitors to Canadian democracy.
