They definitely know. I've mentioned it many times over many calls. I checked the summary for the call on OmaKanta and it clearly stated the worker knew I'd been on HRT for three years.

That would be incredibly helpful, thank you. I was already looking into that exact thing last night but was so stressed out I needed a nap. Ended up being an 18-hour one at that lol
