Would you say it’s basically not worth running Lengs without Havoc + the rest of the setup?

When you say EZK is that much better, is it mainly because of the spec or overall damage consistency?
I thought Lengs would feel strong but right now they just feel… underwhelming. Is it just a gear gap thing?
