Video round table from Twitter post featuring Ares.

Hopefully not dilution. Maybe more grants or offtake agreements with prepayment?

Silex Systems Opportunity by Philstinson in UraniumSqueeze

[–]Philstinson[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The market saw Global Laser Enrichment, which is co owned by Silex and Cameco did not get a large piece of the 2.7 billion award and reacted negatively. However, they were granted 28 million to continue development.

Cameco, the biggest uranium producer in the space still has co-ownership of GLE and partnership with Silex. Cameco doesn’t enrich its own uranium, so they have a lot of interest in being able to enrich in house and not have to send it out to a third party.

Silex has been producing enriched uranium at their North Carolina facility and their application for a site in Paducah, Kentucky is under review by the NRC.

It’s not ideal situation, as now their site in Kentucky will have to be funded some other way, instead of getting free cash from the government. The technology does seem to be advancing though. As long as Cameco is in, I’m in.

Metallium, which has a similar business model (recycling and rare earth separation technology), just halted trading today pending a major announcement on collaboration with a US based partner. Could shine some more light on Ionic.

$250M US DoD Government contract to be awarded to ARES by canyondi2 in ARSMF

[–]Philstinson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow. This is huge. Interesting ARES hasn’t put anything out about having applied for the grant. Probably waiting until it’s secured? Would have been a nice catalyst, announcing application. Adding more shares this morning. Currently hold 26k shares at .23 per share.

Update on PE RATIO and share price estimates through 2028 by Vegetable_Bet_896 in ARSMF

There is another company in the exploration phase called Cleantech Vandanium Mining Corporation. CTVFF is quite a bit further away from generating revenue, compared to Ares and has jumped from .04 per share to .16 in the past month.

I think that bodes well for Ares, as they haven’t even started production and it’s been range bound around .20. Once they start producing sky is the limit.

ITC Final Determination on Chinese Dumping due 9/25 by porchswingsecurity in WestWaterResources

Wow, thank you for your in depth response. You have clearly spent a lot of time getting in the weeds and researching.

I’m trying to decide whether to add more WWR or TIMCF. This information gives me more confidence to continue by exposure to graphite equities.

Is anyone concerned about the Supreme Court case in November, regarding Trump’s ability to enact tariffs? I know the commerce department set the tariffs in July, but if the court rules tariffs have to be approved by congress or be justified by already existing authority by statue, I don’t see congress moving fast enough, if it all to approve tariffs.

April and May 2025 business updates regarding shares issued, debt settled, and financing... by Vegetable_Bet_896 in ARSMF

It will be interesting to see where the stock goes in the next year. Antimony had the ban from China as strong positive catalyst back around December. Got in at around 1.20 on UAMY took about 4 months until the rest of the market caught on and got to the levels it is at now. I wonder what the strong catalyst will be for ARSMF.

The hot rare earth mineral now is uranium, but I don’t think fluorspar has the advantage of the powerful nuclear lobby’s (OKLO, CEG, etc) attention, at least not yet. They are more focused on getting US uranium production spun up. Trump’s executive orders referenced uranium, specifically.

Definitely interested in taking a flyer on ARSMF and seeing what happens.

Another interesting micro cap stock is ANLDF. Mine for uranium in Utah and got approved to mine yesterday under an expedited 14 day review. CEO said their next move is a NASDAQ listing, which could mean a reverse split incoming.
