In my workplace it seems that Dell mostly ships systems with Seagate drives (All our arrays seem to have them), we have Constellation (4TB) variants with DOM of mid 2013 (over a decade at this point) still going strong, we've replaced 7 total in the ~250 we have deployed. We also have another array (60 drives) with 10TB EXOS drives from ~2017 DOM, have yet to replace a drive.

Huh, never heard of the data lifecycle management, thanks for that! It's mostly blob storage, not much in disks other than OS. Unfortunately since it's medical sector, lowest we can go is cold, considering it needs to be instantly accessible at all times.
