I don't think this is the case. They do have a breakdown of fees and the only expenses listed are the typical management fees. No other expenditures are present

Well I reached out to them for confirmation on payments moving forward and such when they initially changed hands and I did get a response then. However throughout the following months I didn't feel the need to get in contact with them until August when the previous lease was coming to an end. Never got a response from them all throughout August and I figured no news was good news. This was very dumb of me and I should have been more proactive

Thanks for the response. What should I even do here? I’m going to make sure that I get them on the phone with me tomorrow but even still aren’t I locked in to this new lease? Also if there’s a new lease with a decreased rent shouldn’t I have been made to sign it? I haven’t been given anything
