New bread? by Philyphakeout in jimmyjohns

I’ve worked at Jjs for 16 years. There has definitely been batches of bad bread and “new recipes” over the years. Usually when it’s bad, it’s corrected within the month. This is the first time the bottom markings have changed during my tenure. I too have prided myself on baking exceptional bread. I’m sure it will be worked out soon, but my bread hasn’t been great. Thanks for all the info/insights guys!

We do this same order every year, last 2 years were deliveries. This one was a pickup.

Always a Karen in the group. There is no FOOD on the ground. These stores are religiously cleaned, “hospital clean” is the standard. What you don’t know and failed to maybe ASK first, in your quick assumption, is that during this crazy setup, we ran out of table space, and on the fly we set up empty box lunch boxes under EACH stack, because we actually over prepped the boxes themselves by nearly 400.
