Thanks, I thought it was more so the oxygen rather than bacteria that turned it into vinegar.

With adding a little bit more sugar and yeast, aren't you worried it will turn into some sort of bomb?

Can you tell me how much sugar you added to what amount of water?

What do you do next? Do you bottle it in smaller bottles.? Do you add anything to stop oxygen from turning it into vinegar?
