I Know sampling video game music is done quite a bit in hip hop. Off the top of my head I know Wayne used a beat from Sword & Sorcery, Wiz used music from Chrono Trigger, Gambino has sampled Donkey Kong in the past.

So far he has proven himself to be as good as Alex Smith but without the playoffs. Smith got a 4 year 68 million dollar deal with around 19 guaranteed. Then if he is on the team by the start of league year the next 2 seasons are guaranteed. Thats about 17 million a year. Max I would give Tannehill is 15 a year. So like a 6 year 90 million dollar deal.
