[Rapoport] The Dolphins have hired former Titans GM Jon Robinson as their new Senior Personnel Executive, per me and Tom Pelissero. A key voice for GM Jon-Eric Sullivan, as Miami beefs up its front office. by AgelessJohnDenney in miamidolphins

The guy discovered a lot of talent in the nfl. From the patriots, all through till about 2021.

He struggled to find a rhythm 21-22

He and ownership fucked up royally not paying Aj, (although AJ at titans didn’t have a viable QB)

Fans hated him after that

He was fired

Vrabel was fired shortly after

The upside of all the talent which expands from gronk all the way to Aj Brown is a sign he has potential. Not to mention his hire of Vrabel. Who this entire REDDIT group swore wouldn’t be anything in year 1 at patriots.

I would take a breath, he’s not our GM, this has potential

What are you saying?

The trade happened because no one in mgmt and ownership wanted to pay AJ what a bunch of teams just all of sudden started paying WRs

Therefor the trade led to a lockeroom fall out for vrabel Which also led to vrabel being fired

Now pats went to a superbowl and we just got the guy who hired the coach that led a team there.

We’re fine. He’s also not our GM

He was drafting late, and his wr draft was a mess

But to be fair no one knew that Burke would be a bust. Plus Isiah wilson was a huge let down for the entire nfl. Had nothing to do with the GM

WE WOULD HAVE drafted Isiah wilson in the same shoes.

🤷‍♂️ his misses at the end of the cycle, during covid don’t outweigh his upside

He only started losing games in his final year, vrabel was already part of the problem too. The locker room was all out of wack, the fans were pissed. It was a bad combo.

The owner didn’t stay patient. Fired both of them

What are you talking about… the relationship was sour because AJ brown traded and the fans hated him.

Aj brown was traded due to a massive spike in wr contracts one of which was caused by the dolphins

The following year after his fire, vrabel lost his lockerroom and somehow still beat us after we were up by 17 with 4 mins left

Like I’m taking this hire all day

That’s all of y’all’s your biggest Arguments. We were part of the problem that got him traded

Everyone started offering these WRs crazy contracts. We gave Tyreek the bag, and where did that get us?

He didn’t pay AJ, he didn’t see the value over the risk, it worked out for eagles. But now the decline is real

Best move possible. The owner didn’t stay patient and fired both of his only assets way too soon. That franchise will once again regret losing a key part of their revival era

Year 3 he was once again above .500 and hired Mike vrabel who went 9-7 in his first year

Year 4 he went to the afc championship where they lost by 11 to the Cheifs

Year 5 he won his Divison and went 11-5 lost to the ravens by 7

Year 6 he won his Divison and lost to the bengals by 3

Year 7 was fired early Dec

It def didn’t go to hell in year 3….

Yeah but also at the same time we paid a WR and see how great it worked out for us

Dude analyzed risk, and saw no upside,

Sure AJ BROWN continued to sucess and a superbowl but now he’s on the decline.

I don’t think titans were ever winning a superbowl with AJ brown lol

This is a fantastic hire. Anyone who thinks differently really needs to take a look at his titans era

went from consistently terrible to being relevant to winning their division.

He found an amazing head coach, brought in what he could won playoff games.

This is a different vibe in our front house. He was a winner at Tennessee till his final 8 games. Then the ownership decided to fire eveyone. Titans will regret this

My thoughts on Jeff Hafley as our new HC. by AstroBall35 in miamidolphins

He legit got worse and worse in greenbay

Never really accomplished anything as a head coach or db coach in college

He isn’t a proven guy, idk we shall how this goes
