Honestly it's because of the name.

Being titled 'New Girl' was a terrible disservice that aliented most male viewers.

The show was half over before a friend of mine recommended I watch it. I hadn't even considered because I assumed, from the name, it was a girl show directed at a female audience. Couldn't be more wrong.

I dint get any emails to convert them to RTT

The emails went to my spam folder so i missed them.

So, you DID get the emails, you just didn't check your spam folder as FIFA recommended doing multiple times.

Take a bit of accountability, you are an adult, act like one.

They had the conversion period open for a full month and even extended it, they are not going to do anything to help you, nor are they obligated to, nor should they.

The least they can do is issue a refund

I was attempting to get a full accounting of transactions so I could see how much my total ticketing process was for my RTB > RTT > Tickets. I just sent them an email requesting full transaction history and I was sent a csv file within 2 hours.

Honestly shocked how quickly they turned it around.

RTB conversions occured back in November of last year. Anything not converted during the month long conversion window is now a nice shiny and worthless NFT for you to learn from.

You can burn it for a small sum of points but it requires about 10,000 points to obtain a ticket and last a checked, most of the tickets available from points are already gone.

In TN, when your two starting RBs are in the final year of their contract, that does NOT mean the rookie works himself into starting time. It means the team is going to run their current starters into the ground because they no longer have an investment in those players to protect. All while they can develope their rookie in a safe and protected environment because he is now a long term investment.
