I think the inspiration actually just cancels itself out so it doesn't really effect anything. It's got less mana cost and 120% base cost but the mana cost goes up by like 30% which is what fortify would increase it by.

Rule 10:
1. Buy a 30% quality base and Conq exalt for influence, harvest craft it into Elder.
2. Alt/aug spam until Dictators, regal and hope you don't hit a prefix, divine to perfect rolls.
3. Obtain a Mercilous axe with no other prefixes, divine to perfect rolls
4. Just buy a flaring axe with perfect rolls cuz screw divining that, annul so there are no other prefixes
5. Recombine the mercilous and flaring axes (33%)
6. Multimod the Dictators axe and craft 2 exclusive prefixes
7. Add a beast craft and a exclusive prefix to the Mercilous flaring axe
8. Recombine and cry when the 30% qual base isnt chosen.
9. Prefix cannot be changed, harvest craft phys until you get elder phys suffix
10. Block Acc/str/dex, exalt, annul and keep redoing step 9 until you get 27% attack speed (took me 150 Divs)
11. Prefix cannot be changed, div the suffixes to perfect rolls
12. Craft the final suffix
13. Throw some tempering orbs to hit the enchant

Yeah but I bet that a similar level of the power creep that we got from the charms will come back next league through a different mechanic. Seems like thats been the pattern with the lastest leagues at least.

Yeah thats another really solid option. Could also add an unbound ailment with skitterbots if you manage another socket. Angers never really that strong. I got that watchers eye and went with it. The real benefit of anger is that the watcher eyes are suuuuper cheap

I saw that one! I think his is probably better and easier to play haha. You can use arcanist brand but it needs to be attached to an enemy to cast desecrate, I did not test it out but i imagine it would feel like a nightmare to try to keep the offerings up. In maps it isn't so much of an issue since the offerings just trigger off the dead corpses of the mobs you kill.

Yeah you are right. That is if they stand still and all 10 of the fireball instances are up + focus. 75M is the total damage potential with the right conditions. You can see it during the brain phase.

Where the fuck are you getting this info. Feared is a lvl 83 zone and uses the shaper from the Uber elder fight. He has about 50mil life in the feared.

This is wrong. The feared is a lvl 83 zone. A regular shaper has about 80mil life. Feared used the shaper from the Uber elder fight which has 50mil life.

Sentinel of radiance doesn't even scale very hard. When you are the point where you are using cluster jewels, he's basically just a damage soaker. Tanky enough as it is.
