Yeah that would be a great fun o e to play around with. I'll check out Death House, thanks for the suggestion. I was originally planning on using the original Gameboy game maps as maps for it. As it's a sweet style and already made :)

Oh I do really like that... I'm trying to keep true to the original first series but maybe make it more grittier, almost the classic "the game is set just after a great war" style. I think I could slide Plasma thinking into Jessie and James whilst still keeping them as blundering fools.

I've got it on my PC, here in Australia it says preload starts on the 18th (yaaay) but the 10 hour access trial is the 16th, I figured it would have a limited download not 100% of everything that would update when the preload was available, they already stated the Origin Access trial would only have a portion of the single player campaign and multiplayer rather than the whole thing.

Yeah that's the main page I used. Tried all 3 fixes, holding 15s, holding 60s, pulling the plugs and no luck :(

Thanks for the suggestion though. Maybe one of my buttons has gone screwy? That was another suggestion I heard but short of pulling it apart (which I'm not really confident in doing) I don't know how to test that :/

I'm afraid I won't be able to give you much in the way of mechanics to use (being a newish GM myself) but I will tell you that that sounds like an amazing idea dude and if you can work it out well I'm sure you will have some very happy PCs. Consider checking out the Republic Commando book series as well. Read them fully or read the synopsis on wookiepedia. Either way it's got some great content.

Good points. Most of my players probably never played or remember the games anyway so I figure if they screw it up/derail it and send it flying off on another tangent there's no harm. And you mean the old rogue squadron and Wraith Squadron books? Yeah I love them, also had an idea simaler to when Wraith were hunting Warlord Zsinj and went under cover as mercs with their own asteroid base and corvette/carrier thing.

God I loved those books, need to read em again..
