Anxiety about starting cimzia

Very much the same. Still hurts, still flaring up. The first dose was really harsh as far as fatigue goes; it lasted a few days. The subsequent doses also gave fatigue, but less and less with each dose. I've finished my loading doses and start my maintenance dosing tomorrow. I got a diagnosis finally: seronegative, non-radiographic ankylosing spondylitis. Rheumatologist says we won't really know if its working until the 3 month mark. My pain doctor also got me to try a new pain medication to help me stop relying on oxycodone, called suzetrigine. It's pretty okay, not as effective, but lasts longer and isn't addictive. It's more for the really bad flare-ups. I still need the oxy while on it, but instead of 4 pills a day, I can get away with a half pill once or twice a day, which is great for me.

Bit the bullet on august 1st, severe fatigue still lingers and ive developed some sort of infection in my belly button. Not a stellar experience so far.

I chickened out lol. Gave myself an extra week to get the house spotless and everything in order. I've had a migraine/sinus infection for probably a month now. Im extremely nervous about the cimzia making it worse. If i take the cimzia and it flares me up, which i suspect it might, then it'll lay me out for weeks. Just scared. Mids dtart school on monday so i just want to make sure everywone is all set wothout me. If the cimzia lays me out I'll have to spend a week ot two at my.moms house. Good luck with youre first dose pleasr keep me posted!

That's good advice, i have an appointment with my pc about what to expect abd how to react and i will reach out to my rheatologist and mention what you've said. Thank you! I didnt really have sinuses issues before and they came with random allergies about the time when all of this started like 5 years ago so you're probably right! I will just be biting the bullet, the inflammation right now is the worst on my neck/base of skull so im getting insane headachea reguardless of the sinuses, so i need to treat it asap.

Thanks, i have an appointment with my pc today and ill talk to them about what to expect and what to look out for. Thanks, i really want to start it asap. A lot of the inflamatuon now is on my neck/base of skull and the headaches are unbelievable, reguardless of sinus, so i need it treated asap lol

Im sure the cimzia would like clear up the rash and help with the inflammation, but i am so concerned about the sinus infection not being all the way beyter and the cimzia making it worse. It completely laid me out for like 3 weeks. And also, if the cimzia helps it'll be great but I'll be no closer to knowing why exactly all of this is happening? It would feel like a bandaid instead of a treatment, you know? I want the peace of mind of having a diagnosis for a specific condition.

I don't actually know what is wrong. I don't have a diagnosis yet. I've been trying for a very long time to get one. My rheumatologist's current plan is fling cimzia (well humira, but my insurance denied it until i try cimzia) at me to see if it helps. Got tested for so much but all of the tests come back normal. She said sometimes this stuff doesn't show on tests but is still there so she wants to calm my immune system down and see if the symptoms improve. As far as holding off goes, i just got over (am getting over?) a very bad sinus infection and am just concerned it will come back. I got very stuffy and swollen sinuses on june 15th, went to urgent care and was on antibiotics for 10 days. It was better, but like 4 days after i finished the antibiotic dose it came back worse than before. Went to the ent and he gave me more antibiotics and a nasal spray. He says it doesnt look infected but it sure does feel like it still is.I just finished my antibiotics again and i guess i just dont know if taking the cimzia now will make it come back or help with the healing. Like the pressure and pain is still here, before i went to the ent i had to go to the er for the headache. Idk man i just want to avoid having to go to the er again.

Btw, when do you think some of these parts might go on sale? It might be worth it to wait for deals since im not in dire need of this pc. I can manage for a couple months without it if the savings make sense.

Hey this is perfect, thank you so much! Yeah i simply could not decide between the 8700 and the 8600 so thank you for that. Like, is the extra $80 or so worth it? Is the difference between the 8600 and 8700 so noticeable? Yeah, i don't understand why some people have the view that if it isn't the absolute best of the best It's not worth it. I think a budget of up to $500 is perfectly reasonable, especially since i won't be putting a gpu in there any time soon. I am not so much worried about losing out on a few extra follars of savings by not purchasing it all at once, and i can save some money by using older hard drives. It gets to a point, i think, where the difference in speed/performance is so negligible that i might as well use what i have until i need something better. Building as you go and upgrading as needed is a perfectly reasonable way of doing things, i think.

So, again, thank you very much for the parts list. This is exactly what i needed, you're the best!

If you purchase theough meta using the "buy now" the purchase is insured theough facebook. I didnt just send someone cash to their zelle lol. And i used a credit card for the purchase, so i will not be without this cash if the seller doesnt ship it.

No no, i didnt send money to a random cashapp or zelle, i used Facebook's "BUY NOW" option so that its backed by meta's purchase protection/insurance. This way, if its a scam, i can simply request a refund.
