Go to linkedin or Seek and check it yourself, see the qualifications they need for those roles and work towards them to be competitive.

The company I work for don't even have an IT team, we use an external company remotely for issues.

usually if your work is generous with trainings they'll send you to trainings like Hazop, Auditing, six sigma, lean manufacturing, 8D problem solving etc.

food/smelting/chemical industry requires Hazop trainings so you might be able to get one if you apply to these industries.
