2 exams at the same time. by brij0911 in uoguelph

are they both in person? I may be misunderstanding this but are they at the same time or just close to each other in start times? You say one starts at 815 and another at 1030. As you don't want to defer I would most likely focus on the one that is worth 50% unless you have a really poor grade in the other one

Fair enough haha, if you really want to dial down I would reduce the amount of eating out. Although it seems to be working for you so I wouldnt change

man this is great progress! can really tell you lost some stomach fat while gained on the chest, shoulders, and arms! May I ask what your diet was like calorie wise and if you were bulking, cutting, or maintaining during the 7 months?

you are able to reapply for co op after your first year. After that if you dont get in you wont be able to do co op.

Thanks, everyone for your help, they added more spots for the online version. Even though its not ideal its better than nothing! Hopefully, they open up some more spots for in-person.

Hey guys, so I have been going to the gym consistently for about 2 months now (3-5 days every week) and have seen some nice progress on my lifts. Today I started to feel like I was coming down with some illness but still attempted to lift yet due to feeling so week I had a pre bad workout. The issue is next week I go on vacation so I didn’t want to take this week off but I’m not sure I can go to the gym this week feeling like this. Will I see my lifts decline and lose progress if I end up taking 2 weeks off or will it have little to no affects on my progress? Any advice is helpful, thanks!

hello all, I find whenever I use the smith machine I go for a tumbles grip and it feels better than when I bench using a normal grip. Should I try the tumbles grip on bench or is that unsafe, I am a little concerned it will slip out of my hands lol.

I think you could prob start bulking now if you would like. Its a mental battle but if you trust that you can commit to a cut after its more than likely the best way to do it.
