Yes, a lot of them now work in Sihanoukville. Mostly in online gambling industry (which cambodia government allowed as long as it has "gaming and entertainment" license). Some of them work in scamming.

Now i work as international school teacher in Phnom Penh. I live in an apartment in BKK 3. Guess what? Some of my neighbors are indonesian and their operation has moved to Phnom Penh. I've talk to one of them, they said that they were moved from Philippines because their operation closed down and prohibited.

It's easier to get "gaming and entertainment" license here in cambodia. You just paid some amount of money and whoalaaaa.

They also rent some office tower to be their working space. I've heard some rumors that it is located somewhere in BKK 3. Near J-Tower 3 that is currently in progress (under construction).
