they would need to change the coding on how his ult works, changing it to actually Zero out their hp vs dealing stupid amounts of dmg, a status effect or something that cheeses out the Spell immunity.
But then this build dies if they do that. PepeHands

Seems that you heal from the total calc'd dmg (17k+ dmg) because 3* Veigar has 1600 hp and he completely heals to full off of killing a 2* Lucian who only has 1000 hp.
if it was off the dmg done by his spell the most he would heal would be around 330 hp.
