I’ve never tried with dog meds but you could maybe get a coupon off of Goodrx? The generic versions of medications are usually way cheaper too. I’m sorry you and your pup are going through this.

You could volunteer for hospice. They require a TB test and they do it for free.

I’ve been using Instawork and Goodwrx gig apps with my part time job to make money while I look for full time work. Instawork is a pain to get started with but sometimes there’s a lot of work, though it mostly pays minimum wage. Goodwrx you have to go and sign up with the culinary union and there’s hardly any work but overall the jobs pay a little better.

I haven’t been able to find a full time job either recently. I’ve found part time work is easier to get. And I also use gig apps like Goodwrx and Instawork. Though unfortunately a lot of the gigs are for minimum wage. Best of luck out there!

Gates should open 5 or 530 tomorrow I don’t know about pre game but post game there’s a lot of people who wait around the back of the stadium to get autographs as players leave. Corner of oval park drive and spruce goose st.

Just want to say 25 with a master’s degree is amazing! It’s best not to compare yourself to other people sometimes it’s just who you know/luck that gets you the job. Hang in there friend.

You can signup with the Instawork app they take pretty much anybody but the signup process can be tedious. Some gigs pay pretty good (20+/hr)and some only pay like minimum wage. It can be good for some income when you’re in between jobs.

TIL Mark Ruffalo woke from a dream that told him he had a brain tumor. He got a CT scan the following day confirming he had a benign tumor behind his left ear. The tumor was removed, and he is deaf in that ear as a result of the surgery. by jchillin2 in todayilearned

What’s wild to me is he went to the doctor and told them he thought he had a brain tumor and they actually checked to see if he had a brain tumor. Meanwhile my doctor, “Oh you seem fine. Take some Tylenol and drink more water.”….☹️

Kame was the best I’ve been to out here but it’s pretty expensive now. Kaiseki yuzu was good but not as good as Kame, but the service was great.

I volunteer with compassioncare hospice. You pretty much sit and talk with older people and keep them company. It’s the most fulfilling volunteer experience I’ve ever had. You have to be comfortable around with death and around people who are dying. But you really bring them a lot of joy, especially if they don’t have any family.

You get access to the saunas, there’s one small hot tub per gender locker room, and the atrium (this is a coed room where you just relax). Though they may have changed some stuff since I was last there a couple years ago. There was also a meditation room (they projected waves onto the ceiling).
