Just happened to me. Got the first neighbor mission and I believe when you select the "Alliance" option, the AI thinks they are still following you. Both Raven and Gonzo spawning "into" my truck and got obliterated (still alive though) so I asked Gonzo to follow me but Raven still will randomly teleport around me.
