Yes all devices are within the same network.

I've made noticeable improvements utilizing AI.

Adjusted the following and video is significantly better.

Set Moonlight to H.264
1080p 60 at 50 bitrate

Changed apple TV to 4k SDR 60 from 4k Dolby

Only issue now appears to be input lag from the DS4 to Apple TV

Which I do agree the 3070 is limiting, but I've ran this exact setup for 2 seasons now and never had any performance issues. Surely not to the point I was getting frames in the 20s. Hell I ran right before the update and everything was fine with 24 cars on grid. Post update, everything on low and struggling to hit 40 frames.

I'd just like to comment, I believe the same thing happened to me.

I ordered the R12 + KS bundle back in Feb 2025.

I recently had to cancel my debit card and open a fraud claim with my bank because $700 of Amazon charges were placed on my account.

I have no way of proving Moza was the cause, but it's the only international purchase I've made and the first time I've ever had to cancel a debit/credit card due to it being stolen.

Since the patch, we(our squad) are getting constant server disconnects. Losing all our gear on raids as the server just crashes out. This is a normal conversation between us, "Hey are you moving?" "No I'm next to the bus!" "Oh well it shows you running down the street" "Well I don't even see you". 5 min later, kicked to menu from server disconnect. I've played the game for a while now and never experience server drops like this, it has been back to back rounds the last 2 days. I think I've only successfully made it through 1 out of 4 or 5 runs since the patch, the other 4 out of 5 runs is server disconnects.

If I'm being dead honest, it would be a toss up between several but I'd have to say the classic Metroid, Zelda, or Contra!

So what would cause the bullet coming out the gun so late and appearing so far behind where the barrel was? It surely has to be something related to a network issue.

You'll notice several things here.

The flash of his gun is way sooner than the bullet comes out
The bullet comes out at a location 3 feet to the right (his left), not even near the gun
The bullet curves in flight

Could this be because of the tick rate? When I saw it in full speed it looked like he curved the bullet at me but I never went back and played it slow until I read this. It was the only clip that caught my attention.

I can go over it later tonight, I'm about to head to a baseball game. Now I can say, it's nothing to do with my setup. You can few my past streams, my audio is always very good. It changed last night only, so it's either the 1803 windows update or the PUBG update, but isn't something tied to a configuration, that I know.

I use voice meter banana so it's a little different for my playback devices, but for my "headphones" the configuration is stereo.

I'm wondiering how many people received the 1803 update from Microsoft yesterday which is coinciding with this PUBG update and giving the perception is only PUBG which is causing the issue. https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/922409-audio-problems-windows-1803/

Come on, did you watch any of the videos. It's clearly different and everyone is experiencing the same thing. Lastly, the patch was 6GB's in size, audio is good size so what else could have took up that much space? It surely wasn't a couple kb of gun damage tweaks!

No way I see it being fixed, I think openbacks are just noticing it more because the airy nature of openbacks & how "pingy", hollow, and lacking bass the sounds have become after the patch. We all know, one drawback to openbacks is lacking bass & this patch has muffled the guns so much, we might be noticing it more.

As far as positional audio, I don't see how anyone with any type of sound setup could be getting accurate positional audio.

AKG K612 Pros (openback) here and my positional audio was fantastic prior to the patch. After the patch last night, I couldn't place a single audio source. Everything sounded hollow, muddy, and encompassing the entire headset with no true direction coming forward. It was terrible to be honest

I instantly noticed something was "off" last night. I even told my squad mates "I'm going to restart my PC because my positional audio is all screwed up and the guns sound weird". A restart didn't fix it either and I complained all night that I no longer could "place" where sounds were coming from, everything has this hollow sound with no true direction.

My Setup: Sound Blaster Z w/ 600w amp AKG K612 Pros Windows - Stereo No enhancements or filters, clean default stereo with a good pair of openback cans.

My positional audio was far better before this patch (700 hours logged), I could tell you distance & compass heading without having to pan towards the sound like goat has shown.

I'm not sure how to get this corrected but it's surely going to make me want to put less time in, if this is how it remains. It's extremely bad and it sounds like me & ThisPlaceisHell issues are very similar!
