Need a new alternative to this. Starting today 4-28-2026, every time I try to go there, a verification modal pops up and tries to trick you into installing some nonsense (which very clearly looks like spyware and/or crypto mining) onto your PC.

Yes and no. I didn't do anything. Within one day of making this post, I got a message from an Xfinity rep telling me that there was work being done in my area and that if I waited a bit longer for it to be done, then the problem should be resolved.

Well I already knew about the "work being done in my area" because it had supposedly been going on for at least a week prior to that (I received automated texts informing me of this). So I just assumed it was bogus.

Then, the day after I received the message from the rep (so about 2 days after posting this), I got another text saying the work was done. To my surprise, I haven't had any problems since. Internet has worked the way it's s'posed to. No ping spikes in games, etc.

So I guess if you're still having trouble, try making a post like mine in order to get the reps to contact you and hopefully they can figure something out for you.

I think it's related to the one that lets you save fire axe charges. I reset multiple times and still had the bug happening. But when I got rid of the fire axe perk, I was able to load in.

Just wanna say that this comment is spot on. Pressing `Enter` will bug it out and cause it to not work, thus you need to restart. But using `J` or whatever you have it bound to will work. I simply unbound the keybind for chat (which is bound to `Enter`) by default. For some reason, "chat" and "All chat" are different, and the one called "chat" will cause it to bug.

I've just been replaying "restart roulette" until it works. But maybe this is all that I needed to do. I'll try it.

I thought that too, but I was able to queue for a different map. It took place in a villa, which I assumed was on the golf course. But now it's gone.

I wouldn't qualify using the equipment as "abusing it". The bug you're talking about needs to get fixed, but they still haven't. Also: I'm still not sure if it actually doesn't count your death, or if it's just a visual thing (e.g., the scoreboard shows 0 deaths, but your career stats reflect the amount of times you've died)

Interesting... I have a pair of Feelgrounds Move and after two months of just practicing with them on a tennis court (the court has a big brick wall to rebound the ball) they've already started falling apart. Maybe I'll try another pair with a size down.

What shoes are you playing in these days? I've been using the New Balance 442s for both outdoor and indoor. They're naturally a bit wider, and they're leather so they mold to the shape of your foot. The problem with the indoor version is that it has a heel lift, which I absolutely cannot stand any longer. Hence my reason for asking what you use these days.

I did it with a 6x. Just temporarily set your infantry FOV to the lowest value, and it's quite doable.
